Spring - root-context.xml 파일 beans 관련 설정 에러

선언부에 에러 발생.

1. 에러 내용 : 

cvc-elt.1: Cannot find the declaration of element 'beans'.

2. 해결 방법 : <beans> 선언부에 아래코드 추가

xmlns="http://www.springframework.org/schema/beans"

(ex. <beans xmlns="http://www.springframework.org/schema/beans"    ....)
